Heavy Equipment

GPS Systems and Measurement Systems

Innovative Solutions

At Intronix, we provide high-performance waterproof and ruggedized connectivity solutions specifically engineered for the demanding Heavy Equipment sector. Our connectors are designed to withstand the extreme vibrations, dust, and harsh outdoor conditions typical of construction, mining, and agricultural environments, ensuring the reliability of critical Control Systems and Display units.

From precision GPS Systems for autonomous farming to integrated Camera & Monitoring and Sensor networks for site safety, Intronix ensures seamless data and power transmission. We also support the operational efficiency of heavy machinery through robust links for Lighting and advanced Measurement Systems. Whether in the field or at the construction site, Intronix delivers the durability and precision required to keep your heavy equipment performing at its peak, no matter how tough the environment.

Heavy equipment connectors for construction, farm and mining machines

Construction, agricultural and mining machines expose electronics to mud, pressure washing, dust and heavy vibration. Heavy equipment connectors keep GPS receivers, measurement systems, cameras, sensors, lighting and displays connected in the field. Intronix waterproof connectors are built for these conditions, with sealed and locking interfaces that stay secure on moving machinery.

How to choose the right connector

When selecting connectors for construction, farm and mining equipment, start with the required protection level: IP67 for temporary immersion, IP68 for continuous immersion and IP69K for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown. Then confirm the current and voltage rating, pin count, cable outer diameter, locking style and mounting method. Most Intronix families are available as panel-mount receptacles, field-installable cable connectors and complete overmolded cable assemblies, so one connector family can cover the device, the harness and the spare parts.

Engineering support

Every project starts with a drawing review. Share the pin count, current and voltage rating, cable length and operating environment, and our engineers will recommend a standard part or propose a custom design, then build samples for your validation before production.
