Multi-Function Displays , Radar, Sonar, GPS, and Automatic Identification Systems (AIS)

Innovative Solutions

At Intronix, we provide high-performance marine-grade waterproof connectivity solutions designed to withstand the harshest salt-spray and high-humidity environments. Our robust connectors ensure the absolute reliability of critical maritime electronics, including Multi-Function Displays (MFD), Radar, Sonar, GPS, and Automatic Identification Systems (AIS), where precision and safety are non-negotiable.

Engineered for the demands of the open sea, Intronix products are the trusted choice for essential vessel hardware such as Outboard Motors, Bilge Pumps, Windlasses, and Docking Systems. We also power the onboard experience through secure links for Lighting Systems, Audio Systems, CCTV, and HVAC (Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning) units. Whether for Autopilot Systems or Power Controllers, Intronix delivers the durability and salt-water resistance needed to keep your vessel connected and operational, no matter the conditions.

Marine waterproof connector solutions for vessels

Salt spray, humidity and constant motion make marine electronics one of the hardest connector applications. A marine waterproof connector must keep displays, radar, sonar, GPS and AIS equipment connected while resisting corrosion on open decks. Intronix supplies IP67 and IP68 connectors for navigation electronics, outboard motors, bilge pumps, windlasses, lighting, CCTV and HVAC systems on board.

How to choose the right connector

When selecting connectors for boats and ships, start with the required protection level: IP67 for temporary immersion, IP68 for continuous immersion and IP69K for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown. Then confirm the current and voltage rating, pin count, cable outer diameter, locking style and mounting method. Most Intronix families are available as panel-mount receptacles, field-installable cable connectors and complete overmolded cable assemblies, so one connector family can cover the device, the harness and the spare parts.

Engineering support

Every project starts with a drawing review. Share the pin count, current and voltage rating, cable length and operating environment, and our engineers will recommend a standard part or propose a custom design, then build samples for your validation before production.
